Refund policy
We understand that sometimes gear doesn’t fit right or meet expectations. Here’s how we handle returns:
Eligibility:
- Refunds accepted within 7 days of purchase (Except for custom items, we do not accept returns).
- Items must be unused, unwashed, free of any odor, damage, or signs of wear
- Online return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
In-Store Credit:
- After 7 days, returns are eligible for store credit within 14 days of purchase
- Same condition rules apply (unused, no odor, no damage)
Process:
To initiate a return or request store credit:
- Contact us at joesboxingshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason
- For online orders, ship the item back to the return address provided after contacting us
- Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit is emailed
Joe’s Boxing Shop reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy standards.
