Return/Exchange Policy

Return & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes gear doesn’t fit right or meet expectations. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (excluding custom items).

  • Custom or personalized gear is non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with no odors, damage, or signs of wear.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

Refunds:

  • Approved returns within 7 days are refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

Store Credit:

  • If a return is requested between 7–14 days of delivery, and the refund window has closed, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

  • Same item condition rules apply (unused, undamaged, no odor, etc.).

Return Process:

  1. Email us at joesboxingshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You’ll receive instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the item back within the given time frame.

  4. Upon inspection, we’ll issue your refund or store credit.

Handcrafted Glove Notice:

Every glove we offer is handmade, which means no two pairs will ever be exactly alike. Minor imperfections are not flaws — they are part of the character and story of a truly handcrafted glove, passing from one artisan’s hand to yours.

Please understand this natural variation before purchasing, especially for gloves not produced by Joe’s Boxing. We do offer a 7-day return window, but kindly take this into account when making your selection.

Joe’s Boxing Shop reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy criteria.
