What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition (excluding custom or personalized gear).
Between 7–14 days, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
Custom/personalized items are final sale.

When will I get my refund?

Where are your gloves made?
Our gloves are designed in Brooklyn and handmade overseas by master craftsmen in Pakistan. Within our family & employees who have been making gloves for generations.
Do handmade gloves have imperfections?
Yes — minor variations are part of the character of a handcrafted glove. These are not flaws but signs of genuine artisanal work.

Do you offer customization?
Yes! We offer custom pyrography, embossing, debossing, embroidery, printing, and even hand-written personalization — all done with precision and care gloves, bags, and full sparring or coach sets.
Do you offer wholesale?
We welcome wholesale requests. To apply, please fill out the wholesale sign-up form on our website. Applications are reviewed and approved individually.

What glove sizes do you offer?
We offer 8oz, 10oz, 12oz, 14oz, and 16oz gloves, with foam or horsehair padding options.
14–16oz is best for sparring; 12oz works well for bag and mitt work.
